'Crust & Craft Pizzeria emerged from a humble vision: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza in Via Vittorio Veneto, 125. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our little pizzeria opened its doors as a quaint, familial venture, boasting recipes that have been cherished and passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our pizzeria, mastered the pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, receiving guidance from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza first originated. After her return to the UK, she was inspired to reproduce the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, abiding by age-old techniques and utilizing the finest components.
What started as a cozy 12-seat eatery has flourished into a cherished pillar of the community, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness stays steadfast. We persist in using traditional wood-firing methods for our ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and seeking out top-notch ingredients.
Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still a family-held establishment, with the Rossi progeny at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Although we have adopted select contemporary advancements, the core of our business endures: to craft delectable, authentic pizza that unites individuals.
